The injection molding machine injects the molten plastic into the mold, and after cooling it is the product. The use is very extensive, depending on the plastic. The main engine of the plastic puller is the molding machine, which consists of a pressure charging system, a transmission system and a heating and cooling system. 1. The pressure charging system includes screw, cylinder, hopper, die, plastic and plastic is molded into uniform melt through the pressure charging system, and under the pressure established in this process, the screw is continuously ejected from the head of the machine. (1) Screw: it is the main component of the molding machine, which is directly related to the application range and productivity of the molding machine, and is made of high strength corrosion resistant alloy steel. The heating and cooling of the heating and cooling device is a necessary condition for the plastic ejection process. The main results are as follows: (1) at present, the molding machine usually uses electric heating, which is divided into resistance heating and induction heating. The heating sheet is installed in the fuselage, neck and head. The heating device is heated by the plastic in the external heating tube to reach the temperature required for the process operation.
