Applied to extruding single layer insulating core-wire, dual layer insulating core-wire(F/S), triple layer insulating core-wire(S/F/S) for high frequency communication cables, such as HDMI, Display Port IEBE139A，DVI, VGA, ATA, CAT-5E. CAT-6etc

Wire pay-off unit; Wire straightening device; Copper wire pre-heater: Main extruder and auxiliary; Electric controlling system; Warm movable water trough; Wire accumulating stand; Traction device; Measuring system for Dia. tester, off-center tester, digital capacitance monitor, concave-convex detector, spark tester;Take-up unit; etc. Actual components of equipment should be equipped according to the cable varieties and standard of production.
